Once you have confirmed your booking you are required to pay a 30% deposit within 5 days. You will then need to pay the balance no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay. If you need to cancel the booking, we will endeavor to re-let the period. If we do we will return your deposit less an administration charge.
Additional housekeeping is available in the Croatian properties, please let us know at the time of booking

Check in / Check out
Check in is generally 4pm on your day of arrival and check out is 4pm, however we will do our very best to be flexible if you are arriving early or wish to leave later. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Once you have a confirmed booking we will send you more detailed instructions on how to reach the properties and what to expect when you arrive with regards to the key collection and check-in.
Transfers to Bol
There are a lots of options available from speed boat to slow boat, we will provide you with a detailed list of options when you book, just let us know which one suits you best and we can then help to arrange it for you.
We love dogs, but understand that some people don't so we unfortunately we do not allow pets at any of our properties.
In the winter the road to Ski Chalet Maria is cleared daily, but the weather in the mountains is dynamic and we strongly recommend that all guests carry snow chains, even if the car hire company think otherwise.
Wi-Fi and Internet
We provide free Wi-Fi Internet connections for our guests, but this is subject to local signal strength and atmospheric conditions which can adversely affect connection and are outside our control. We shall not be liable for any failure or unavailability of the Wi-Fi Internet signal or connection.
If guests use our free Wi-Fi internet connection, they are solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws and ensuring that no computer or software virus, inappropriate or illegal material, is accessed or downloaded, and we shall be fully indemnified by any guest using our Wi-Fi internet service against any computer or software virus which is downloaded and damages our software, systems or hardware, and against any other consequences of the accessing or downloading of inappropriate or illegal material. It is the sole responsibility of each guest to ensure that any parental locks or other restrictions are in place, and we cannot accept any responsibility for any inappropriate access or use of the Internet by children or others.
All local taxes are included in the rental price
Any booking obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Wood burning stoves
When using the log stove, please ensure you open the vents and do not put too much wood on at any one time as this can cause problems with damage to the stove doors. Please only use the wood supplied and never put anything on top of the stove, as it gets very hot. There is a fire extinguisher in the Properties that have a stove, if for any reason you cannot locate this upon arrival, please ask our agent.
